Tatiana Ostía Alvarado
She holds a degree in Law and Political Science from the Universidad Latina de Panamá, Chiriquí campus. She has a Diploma in Labor Law from the University of Panama; a Diploma in Leadership and Electoral Strategies for Women from the Universidad Latina de Panamá; a Diploma in Intelligence, Politics, and Gender from Camilo José Cela University, Spain; a Specialization in Higher Education from the University of Itsmo; an MBA with a specialization in Compliance from ADEN; and a Master’s Degree in Procedural Law from the University of Panama.
She has more than eleven years of professional experience, during which she has advised and represented companies in various sectors, including supermarket chains, automotive agencies, real estate agencies, hospitals, and construction companies. Her career encompasses labor, corporate, civil, and consumer protection matters, providing comprehensive legal support to corporate and private clients.

She is a lawyer, graduated from the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the Universidad Latina de Panamá. She has a Master’s Degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure, as well as a Diploma in Civil Procedure Code.
She has more than thirteen years of experience in the Judiciary, working exclusively in civil jurisdiction in positions such as Bailiff, Judicial Secretary, Judge’s Assistant, and Municipal Civil Deputy Judge.
Additionally, she has experience in processing and monitoring proceedings before the Courts of Free Competition and Consumer Affairs.
